Roly's letter

Dear Roly,

So we’re trapped in the past and it’s not as scary as I thought it’d be, although the mon I’m stuck with is kinda strange. The flowers are really pretty and colourful although it’s really hot, hot like Tao Village was when that ice monster was put to sleep and it stopped snowing.

I think there’s going to be a bit battle soon and I’m kind of nervous, seeing as how none of my moves are very powerful but I’m going to try. Not only for myself but because if I gave up now who would be your partner for comedy acts? I’ll do my best to cheer up the worried Pokémon here and you try your best to cheer up the worried Pokémon there okay? When we do get back I’m sure both of us will have lots of stories to tell, songs to sing and jokes to crack.

Also, I have a feeling that something bad’s going to happen to you do stay safe okay? I’m not sure how he found us in Tao Village but that’s not good at all so we’re better off laying low for a bit when we get back. Take care and be sure not to blow your top because that’s what he wants, I just know it. Even if you’re as cool as a Crygonal most of the time, be sure to keep telling jokes and sing your loudest, even if it annoys most Pokémon.
