M1-Unity- AF - 2A while away, a small puff of cloud was making its way out of the fog. Some angry muttering could be heard from it as it crawled along the ground and after a few feet, the muttering got louder until they were more related to furious screaming.
"GET THE HELL OFF ME, YOU OVERSIZED, PUTRID PIECE OF KETTLE EXHAUST!!"
With the sound of violently flapping wings, the cloud dissolved in a big poof and a Ducklett that was more than a little annoyed was revealed from it. When looking at the bird, one could instantly see that it differed from other Duckletts: instead of two tufts on its head, it had just one, curving upwards into a spike, giving the duck a somewhat silly look. Its eyes were also significantly smaller than those of a normal Ducklett. Surprisingly enough, that didn't make his sight any worse. If anything, it was better than one would expect.
"Darn water. Always in the bloody way! Geese."
Somehow, the Ducklett had appeared at some sort of town and the few townsfolk who had se
M1-Unity- AF - 3The low rumble of a hungry stomach awakened the Flaaffy as she stirred, her mouth paper dry. She opened her eyes to a pounding headache and shaking limbs, but at least she was warm and safe. A blurred view greeted her vision but that didn’t bother her; her hearing and smell were good enough to make up for her poor sight.
Shifting aside the blanket, Darasheep rose and stumbled slightly, one of her paws raising half heartedly to her sleep tousled hair before deeming it not important. Half ignoring the food, she went towards the water instead, splashing her face to rid the sleep from her eyes. While Gooseka slept on she drank some of the refreshing liquid to slake her thirst before eating enough food to fill her empty stomach. Running her paws through her messy hair, the Flaaffy carefully preened her side curls so that they framed her features while leaving the top undone. It was too thick to be tamed properly, especially when her partner found it suitable to be his nesting g
M1-Unity- AF - 4Later on the pair were wandering a bit outside of the towns border, making sure they didn’t touch up against the fog surrounding the area while sticking to the tree cover as to not draw any notice to themselves. The dirt felt cool underneath Darasheep’s hooves after her half mad dash out of the city, almost having collided with buildings and Pokemon alike in her haste. Gooseka had chided her for being so quick about getting out of the city because from his point of view the statue had been moving in this direction, but not at any rate of hurry. She had apologized after that, but reminded the water bird that at any rate she didn’t want to get crushed by one of those slow moving feet. Her heart did pinch guiltily at the thought of all those unhelped Pokemon but once out of the city, she had no want to go back inside, even if it meant helping people.
“A rock for your thoughts, Dara?”
Blinking slightly as if caught off guard, the electric sheep looked down at
M1-Unity- AF - 5Chelle huffed as she watched the giant statue crash about some more, her jelly like arms crossed in a bit of annoyance. The Hunters and Rescuers seemed to be doing fine at the moment but they were tiring; where were those Researchers she had requested to help out? Surely not all of them had gone to help build the machine?
Her thoughts were broken as she noticed two figures coming towards her swiftly, her attention focusing on them as they halted in front of her. A strange looking Ducklett and an even stranger looking Flaaffy stood panting on front of her, the electric type raising one of her paws in a cheery manner to the psychic type.
Introductions were made and the mission was gone over in extreme detail this time, just to make sure the pair knew what they were doing. Hefting the nodes in one of her paws to make sure they wouldn’t shift while climbing, the electric type made sure she could carry both her partner and the machinery at the same time.
The plan was simple; us
M1-Unity- AF - EndStanding at the base of the leaves that surrounded the statues legs, Darasheep tilted her head backwards and swallowed hard at the distance they had to travel to get to the top. Ropes were wound about her back and front, securing the nodes almost a bit too tightly to her body. Tight was better than loose though, considering they would be in enough of a pickle winging their way up towards a high place. It was better to think of something else rather than concentrate on what would happen if they failed.
“You’re not getting cold hooves, are ya?” Gooseka questioned from his position on the ground, craning his neck so that he could peer into his partners face, waddling a bit closer towards her to get a better look at her nervous eyes. He knew she was afraid of heights but the distance wasn’t high enough so that she would freeze up in shock if they got too high. All she had to concentrate on was helping him out if got too exhausted using Brave Bird. When that was only
M1-Unity- AF - 1Parai. A place of wonder, where many Pokemon live. Some survived off the land, living in harmony while others ravaged both bad and good Pokemon, only caring for themselves as they tore apart both cities and towns, creating fires, wreaking havoc and throwing the world into chaos.
The creator abhorred such actions from its children, deciding to shroud the entirety of Parai in fog. This, it decided, would be for the best, if the ones that it had created were to act in such a manner.
But within the fog, came Andaluust.
The fog swallowed the town from view as if wanting to hide it from prying eyes, working its way across until everything around was covered. Still, many Pokemon made their way through the fog, becoming lost as soon as they entered it. Some stumbled through on their way to other locations, others tried to get out to no avail. It was frustrating to many, but they soon learned to live with the fact that they could never leave, choosing to settle down and start a ne
